GotWillys

The Original SUV, Still truckin!

MADE IN AMERICA, BY AMERICANS!

If you haven't stopped by before, then welcome to the world of Willys. This website is dedicated to my Willys wagon. She is a 1954 with a bowtie V8, original drivetrain, about a four inch lift and 33 inch tires. Come on in and look around. If you have any comments you're welcome to leave them in the guestbook. I hope you enjoy my website. If you would like to see how this all started take a look at the Old Homepage. The main reason I started a new homepage was that the old one was starting to get a bit long in the tooth so it was time for update.

12/04/2011, Well it has been a wild and crazy couple of years and as a result I have kind of let the website slip by the wayside. I have several new projects staged up to get started over the winter months. I am set to install Dana 44's front and back from Wagoneer stock, a front '79 and a rear '81 I think. I also have a NV 3500 5 speed tranny from a 96 Chevy 1500 and a NV241 combined to a passenger drop from a Burb and the same Chevy pickup. Both have been once over'd for and freshened up. The only thing holding up progress is me right now.

We'll also have a new addition to the website. I have a newly acquired 2001 Jeep Cherokee that was absorbed into my fleet when my Dad passed away last spring. It just turned 24k original miles and still has the show room smell to it. I also hope to have time to do a few upgrades to that and get them on here. Nothing fancy but just stuff make sure it gets me home if we get a little too adventurous with it.

A new addition to the site will be some Ham Radio notes, pictures and links as I can find time to do them. So stay tuned and check back often. I hope to get started taking pictures and getting started with some uploads to the site real soon. There may be some other expansion on the site later. We will just have to wait and see.

12 February 2009, Check out the new page right after this one. We have some new pics and some fun stuff to show you, if you haven't stopped by in awhile.
